This large detached Edwardian house on Penylan hill has been converted into six luxury two bedroom apartments with private access and parking.
This is a secure, gated development that has retained the original large hallways, generous living space and high ceilings of the original house. The apartments themselves vary, some with traditional reception rooms while others have open plan living/kitchen area. Inside the reception rooms have solid oak floors and exposed brickwork walls.
We created extra space by extending the existing house to the rear and using the large existing loft space for two additional penthouse apartments. Above the penthouses (linked via spiral staircases) are decked roof gardens concealed behind a mansard pitched roof.
